Part-Time Lecturers For Full-Time Associate Degree And Undergraduate Programmes

Established in 2000, the College of International Education (CIE) is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), offering full-time Associate Degree (AD) Programme and Undergraduate (UG) Honours Degree Programmes at both the HKBU Kowloon Tong and Shatin Shek Mun campuses. It is a major education providing unit of the School of Continuing Education (SCE), one of the eight Faculties/Schools of HKBU. CIE currently enrolls about 3,300 students and is committed to sustaining the University’s mission of providing quality whole-person higher education with a Christian heritage. English is used as the medium of instruction at the College. Applicants should possess at least a Master’s degree in relevant discipline and have substantial teaching experience preferably at tertiary level. For courses marked with ^, applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and substantial working experience in the relevant discipline will also be considered.

Competence in using English (or Cantonese for the subjects marked with #) as the medium of instruction is required.

[Notes]:

1.            Working experience in creative industries is preferred.

2.            Candidates should have computer science background with knowledge in big data and Python.

3.            Knowledge in the history, trends and current practices in toy and game industry is required.

4.            Knowledge of data visualization tool such as Tableau is required.

5.            Knowledge in radio or online broadcasting is required.

6.            Knowledge or experience in advertising production is required.
