General Administration Assistant (Ref. No.: 23240389)

The appointee will mainly be responsible for providing quality counter service and administrative support in catering services on Shek Mun Campus. The appointee will also be required to provide logistics support to the events, material printing, inventory checking and other ad hoc duties as assigned.  The appointee may also be required to perform shift duty when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• (i) Holder of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with preferably 2 years of relevant experience; OR (ii) Possession of HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language with more work experience;
• Good team spirit, service-oriented and self-motivated with positive work attitude;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiarity in MS Office application; and
• Experience in campus support or counter operation will be an advantage.

The initial appointment for the above post will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years.  Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
