This situation gives birth to the concept of M-commerce, and makes them become a new and excellent channel for a business to promote its services and products. In order to help the students to unleash the full power of Android application, this course will introduce the students with various knowledge and skills that are related to the Android development. Topics include Activity life cycle, interface of Activity, permission management, interaction of Internet with WebView and GoogleMap with MapView.

Topics include:

1. Background knowledge;
2. Introduction to Activity;
3. Interface of an Activity (Layout and views);
4. Interact with the Internet - WebView; and
5. Access the Google Map via the MapView.
