This course aims to provide students with knowledge of e-marketing activities, opportunities and challenges involved in planning and implementing marketing in the electronic environment, including the Internet and web, mobile phones and other information and telecommunications technologies. Based on the concepts of e-marketing, students should be able to develop an e-marketing plan for an organization.

Topics include:

  1. Foundation of e-marketing; and
  2. The e-marketing plan.
