Part-time Instructors

The School of Continuing Education (SCE) is one of the eight Faculties/Schools of the University. The School, operating on a self-financed basis, offers a wide range of full-time and part-time programmes in various academic disciplines and professional areas.

Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Ref.: PRSCEP0070/23-24)

Applications are now invited for the position of Part-time Instructors for Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Programme to teach the following course(s) to be offered on weekday evenings, or daytime on weekends:

1. Occupational Health
2. Occupational Safety and Health Legislation
3. Occupational Safety I & II
4. Practical Knowledge of Safety Officer
5. Safety Management

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Health Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; or
• a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Health Science, Engineering, or related disciplines with substantial and relevant work experience;
• professional membership in related disciplines; and
• preferably with teaching experience with adult learners.
