Assistant Registration Officer (Ref. No.: PRSCE0049/22-23)

 

The appointee will be required to perform the following major duties in the Registry of the School: a) coordinating the submission of meeting documents/annual reports to university units/committees; b) assisting in the coordination of periodic programme monitoring exercises such as the Course Feedback Questionnaire, updating of Programme Documents, compilation of annual reports, etc.; c) preparing statistical data for analysis; d) providing secretarial support to committees; and e) assisting in the organisation of School-wide events/ceremonies.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree;
  • At least one year of relevant work experience;
  • Competency in computer applications and compilation of statistical data;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Good communication and organisation skills.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

 

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

 

 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
