Project Officer (Ref. No.: PRSCE0058/21-22)

The appointee is expected to support the Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme (PASS) funded project - Enchancing the Professioanl Competencence of Nurses in Hong Kong on Chinese Medicinal Nursing.  Major duties include: a) providing administrative support for seminars and symposia; b) liaising with internal and external parties for related matters; c) providing secretariat support to working groups; d) consolidating data for reporting; and e) performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of work experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; and
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently

The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract as soon as possible of around 18 months and will end on 31 October 2023.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
