The School of Continuing Education is one of the eight Faculties/Schools/Academy of the University and is a major provider of continuing and professional education in Hong Kong. With the support of “Environment and Conservation Fund - Environmental Education and Community Action (EE&CA) Project”, the School will launch a project to enhance awareness, interest and understanding of the young children community on the beauty and importance of local biodiversity and natural environment, and to cultivate children’s positive attitude in caring for nature.

Applications are now invited for the position of Part-time Instructors for an ECF - EE&CA Project, titled “ECF Nature Connection: First Steps into Nature – Biodiversity Explorer” to teach the following course:

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Work/ internship/ volunteer work experience in environment/ biodiversity/ ecology/ ecotourism areas;
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Experience in conducting ecotours/workshops bilingually (English and Cantonese) on environment/ ecology/ ecotourism areas will be an advantage; and
• Preference will be given to holder of a valid first aid certificate issued by a recognised institution or other relevant professional qualifications.
