SCHOOL OF CONTINUING EDUCATION

The School is inviting applications for the following position to support the operations of the College of International Education:

Temporary PR and Communication Assistant (Period: June to August 2023) (Ref. No.: PRSCE0058/22-23)

• Performing administrative tasks such as news monitoring, website updating and documentation;
• Providing logistic support in College events and activities;
• Compiling advertising reports;
• Providing support in writing web articles and preparing social media posts; and
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma graduates or University students;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Pleasant personality with a positive service attitude;
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word (Chinese and English), Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Good knowledge in design and video editing software will be an advantage.

Working Location : Shatin Shek Mun campus

Salary : HK$13,870 per month
