SCHOOL OF CONTINUING EDUCATION

The Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division (ECEED), an academic arm of the School of Continuing Education, is the premier provider of early childhood and primary school teacher education in Hong Kong. Applications are now invited for the following position :

Programme Assistant (Ref. No.: PRSCE0036/22-23) 

The appointee will be required to a) provide administrative and clerical support to academic programmes and daily office operation; b) answer student and public enquiries; c) assist in event coordination and student record maintenance; and d) perform ad hoc projects as assigned. Shift duties are required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Holders of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with at least one year of relevant work experience ;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Effective interpersonal skills, self-motivated and attention to details; and
• Proficiency in Chinese and English Word processing and MS Office applications, such as Word / Excel / Powerpoint.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
