Programme Assistant (Ref. No.: PRSCE/495W)
The appointee will be responsible for providing frontline counter services and academic registry services support to the College of International Education (CIE). The appointee is required to assist in the following areas: a) programme admission and registration; b) record keeping; and c) student activities and College functions, such as open day and orientation.
- Holder of Associate Degree or Higher Diploma with one to two year(s) of related experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and Putonghua;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to work independently; and
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office application (English and Chinese).
Applicants who have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, or Yi Jin graduates, with more work experience will also be considered.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The appointee will be required to serve on Shatin Shek Mun Campus of the College.
